Update
Whilst we are working to resolve issues with our main conference dialler number we have set up a temporary number that is available to use.

We have identified an issue with the Medio phone dialler number, standard video operations are working for the platform. This has been passed over to the line provider as this appears to be where the issue is coming from. For any further support please contact customer.support@involve.vc or call us at 03300881305.
